GFG Projects was engaged by FKG Group Developments to design and construct Stage 2 of the Lindsay International facility, delivering a new purpose-built warehouse within an active operational site.
The scope of works included the full design and construction of an approximately 700m² small goods warehouse, along with associated civil works, landscaping, fencing and site services. A new pathway was constructed to connect the existing facility with the new building, improving site functionality and pedestrian movement.
GFG Projects carried the project through all design and documentation phases, including schematic design, development approval, detailed design and for-construction documentation, as well as managing all associated planning and building approvals.
Construction works included heavy-duty gravel hardstand, concrete driveways, car parking and crossovers, delivered to integrate seamlessly with the existing site.
Working within a live operational environment, the GFG team carefully coordinated construction activities to maintain safety, access and minimal disruption. The completed Stage 2 development provides Lindsay International with additional storage capacity to support ongoing operations and future growth.
