GFG Projects were engaged to construct a 5,000sqm facility for Bradnam’s Windows and Doors, which included a workshop, showroom, and commercial office space.
Constructed within the FKG Group’s AATLIS Precinct, the completed workshop features a 5T gantry crane, staff amenities and services design to suit the operational requirements of the client, and a showroom building that houses two mock up homes to display the client’s products.
The project also included the delivery of the hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, fire and security services, workshop and office fit out, 9,000sqm of concrete heavy-duty hardstand, car parking and landscaping. The GFG team worked closely with the client to ensure the facility was delivered prior to the expiry of their previous facilities lease.
